1. Is there minimum spending required for free shipping?

Free shipping with minimum SGD 100.00 spend online. The minimum spend is valid for all products on Musetti.sg site.

2. What is the shipping fee for Standard Home Delivery service?

A shipping fee of SGD 8.00 will apply for orders below SGD 100.00. FREE shipping for orders above SGD 100.00.

3. How long is the delivery period? 

Musetti Singapore endeavours to fulfil the deliveries to your doorstep.  All delivery orders will be processed and delivered to customers within 3 to 5 working days. No delivery during Sundays and Public Holidays.

As delivery is handled by a third-party logistics provider, we do not have direct control over their delivery schedule and are unable to provide delivery at a specific timing or date.

Musetti Singapore shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic congestions, bad weather, road accidents, road works or disasters.

4. How do I know the expected arrival of my order?

You will receive an email when your order is being shipped out.  

5. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship within Singapore (except Tuas and Sentosa, as well as restricted zones).

6. Can I collect my order instead of delivery? 

Yes, you can select “Pick Up” option during the checkout process.

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm

For orders made under “Pick Up”, you have to collect your order within 7 days from the day the Collection Email/SMS notification sent to you. After 7 days, the order will be treated as 'no-show' order and will be sent back to our warehouse. No refund will be made to the customers for such no-show collection cases.

7. Do you deliver to any location within Singapore?

We deliver to most places within the main island of Singapore except Tuas, Island Club Road and Sentosa.

Delivery service is not available to the following restricted areas* :

    • Offshore Islands
    • Airport Terminals
    • Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints
    • Military Army Base and Camps
    • Naval Base
    • Airbase
    • Prisons, Remand Centre, Reformative Training Centre
    • Port, Wharf, Shipyard
    • Power Station and Incineration Plant
    • Parliament House
    • Police Stations
    • Defence Technology Tower

*List of restricted areas is non-exhaustive

8. What should I do if I miss the delivery? 

Please email or call our Customer Service to schedule for redelivery. Additional charges for redelivery apply.

Alternatively, you may opt for self-collection at our corporate office. You may contact our Customer Service for further arrangements.

9. Can I reschedule the delivery?

Yes, you can reschedule.  Please email or call our Customer Service 2 days in advance.

10. Can I request for delivery to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to one address per order
