Refund

 

1. Can I return and refund my order after I have collected my order?

We seek your understanding that coffee product purchases are not refundable nor exchangeable due to food safety reasons.

2. What can I do if my order arrived damaged?

We are sorry that the order arrived damaged. Please take a picture of the damaged product(s) and send it to our Customer Service at cs@musetti.sg. We will assess the request and make the necessary arrangements to do a replacement upon picking up the damaged product(s) if it is due to our negligence.
