Order & Payment

1. How do I check my order status?

An order confirmation email will be sent to you after order payment has been made.

2. Can I cancel my order?

No cancellation of order is allowed upon payment made.

3. What should i do if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order by the scheduled delivery date, please contact our Customer Service and we will send you a replacement.

4. Can I authorise someone to collect my order for me?

Yes, you can. The authorised person needs to provide the order number which can be found on the Order Confirmation notice.

5. What happens if I do not collect my order?

For orders made under “Pick Up”, you have to collect your order within 7 days from the day the Collection Email/SMS notification sent to you. After 7 days, the order will be treated as 'no-show' order and will be sent back to our warehouse. No refund will be made to the customers for such no-show collection cases.

6. Can I change the collection date of my order?

Yes, you can reschedule. Please email (cs@musetti.sg) or whatsapp (+65 9124 3000) our Customer Service to make the necessary arrangements.
